ORDERING

Can I make a custom order?

Yes of course!

 

We suggest looking at our website to see if there is something similar to your vision and we can discuss substituting flowers, colours and products. If there is nothing on our website that represents what you'd like to achieve, please chat to our friendly florists about your requirements and they'll confirm what's possible for you.

 

Phone us on 09 296 1110 or email hello@beachandblooms.co.nz at least 24 hours before delivery time with what you would like and we will get back to you asap with a price and your options.

Does Beach & Blooms do Weddings and Events?

Yes we do!

 

We've done arrangements for weddings, parties and work functions so just give us a call or send us an email on hello@beachandblooms.co.nz with what you're looking for and we'll let you know what's possible.

How can I pay for my order?

When you order through the website, you will be given a range of payment options - credit (or debit) card, paypal or bank deposit. Please note that we don't send an order until the payment clears.

 

If you place your order over the phone, we will take your payment by sending you an invoice directly to your email. 

 

Our business isn't GST registered so we are unable to take credit card payments over the phone.

 

If your business or organisation orders from us often, you can set up an account and receive invoices instead — in this case, give us a ring on 09 296 1110 to order.

Are the credit card details I submit secure?

The payment systems we use are fully secured and confidential. If you place your order over the phone we do not store your credit card information. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you deliver?

Yes of course! We offer same day delivery service within the Auckland Region and deliver 6 days a week Monday - Saturday.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard Delivery: $16.50

 

Rural Delivery: $25

 

Outside of Auckland: $30

What time will my flowers be delivered?

Beach and Blooms deliver between 9am - 5pm, Monday through Saturday. Delivery times vary based on our courier driver's routes, and the recipient's distance from our shop. 

 

Place your order before 9:30 AM to ensure it joins our first delivery round of the morning. Orders received after 9:30 AM will be dispatched from our studio at 1 PM, arriving in the late afternoon. 

 

Including a contact number with your order allows us to handle any unexpected delivery hiccups with ease, ensuring your blooms reach their destination without delay.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes of course! Just choose 'pick up' at the check out.

 

We have 2 pick up locations:

 

- 407 Glenbrook Beach Rd, Glenbrook

- Karaka Convenience Store: Unit 4/75 Hingaia Rd, Karaka

 

For pickup at the Karaka Convenience store, ordering the night before will have your pickup ready between 9.30am - 2.30pm. 

Ordering on the same day will have your pickup ready between 2.30pm - 6.30pm

Pickup for Glenbrook will have your order ready about 1 hour after checkout

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes we do! We have same day Auckland wide delivery if you order before 1pm.

 

Any orders ordered after 1pm will be sent out for next day delivery. 

What happens if the recipient isn't home?

If the recipient isn’t home when a courier tries to make a delivery, the courier will first try to call them if a phone number has been provided.

 

If we can’t get touch with the recipient, the courier will leave it in a safe sheltered spot, under cover if they are able to do so.

 

If you don't want the flowers to be left at the recipients house, the flowers will be taken back to the studio where you will then have to pay a redelivery charge. Otherwise pick up is also available at no cost.

I entered the wrong delivery address, can I change it?

We totally understand that accidents happen. Please email hello@beachandblooms.co.nz or ring our store on 09 296 1110 as soon as you can, and let us know the correct address and we'll update this for you.

GENERAL

Will my bouquet be exactly like the picture?

For the most part yes, but due to seasonal availability, some flowers may be substituted

How long will my flowers last?

It does vary due to different conditions, if they are kept well watered and out of direct sunlight/heat pump/air conditioning etc.

 

You should expect your flowers to last at least 5 days, we will guarantee this.

Do you have a physical store?

We don't have a physical store as we operate as a studio
